    Karine Mafra

    Partner and Founder

    Graduated in Food Engineering in Escola de Engenharia Mauá, she has been working in Food Safety and Quality Management System area since 2006. Founder of Firmare Consultoria in 2011, the company was born with the intention of being more than a Quality and Food Safety business, but a consultancy aligned with the purposes of its clients, with a systemic vision of the food business, combining the technical part with the real part of a business. Her experience covers all sides of the “counter”, knowing in depth the establishment owners' needs and the quality team's pains.

    Karine Mafra

    Partner and Founder

    Graduated in Food Engineering in Escola de Engenharia Mauá, she has been working in Food Safety and Quality Management System area since 2006. Founder of Firmare Consultoria in 2011, the company was born with the intention of being more than a Quality and Food Safety business, but a consultancy aligned with the purposes of its clients, with a systemic vision of the food business, combining the technical part with the real part of a business.     Graduated in Food Engineering in Escola de Engenharia Mauá, she has been working with consulting, auditing, and training services related to food safety since 2013 and also with the development, adequacy and validation of labels in accordance with current legislation since 2015. She believes that the results obtained in customers, from restaurants to food industries, can generate management indicators that can help in the decision-making process.

    Graduated in Food Engineering in Escola de Engenharia Mauá, she has been working with consulting, auditing, and training services related to food safety since 2013 and also with the development, adequacy and validation of labels in accordance with current legislation since 2015. She believes that the results obtained in customers, from restaurants to food industries, can generate management indicators that can help in the decision-making process.

    Graduated in Nutrition at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, she has been working in the area of consulting, auditing, and training in Food Safety since 2016.
