Graduated in Food Engineering in Escola de Engenharia Mauá, she has been working in Food Safety and Quality Management System area since 2006. Founder of Firmare Consultoria in 2011, the company was born with the intention of being more than a Quality and Food Safety business, but a consultancy aligned with the purposes of its clients, with a systemic vision of the food business, combining the technical part with the real part of a business. Her experience covers all sides of the “counter”, knowing in depth the establishment owners' needs and the quality team's pains.
